To buy credits either use the link on the cotrol panel called 'Buy Credits (buyer)' or a link will appear at the top of the control panel if your credit balance is at 0.
Nrzee uses Paypal only for credit purchasing due to its heightened security and ease of use.
Nrzee does not require your credit card details at anytime and therefore can not hold these sensative details, making nrzee secure and simple to use.
As a coder, do I have to answer every question on my code?
There is no contractual obligation to answer questions on posted code or scripts, however by answering questions, buyers will be more likely to rate your code or profile higher and therefore increase a positive perseption of you back into the market place and encorouge other buyers, which in turn will make you more money.
As a coder, how can I convert my credits to money in my account?
Once you have more than 50 credits in your account you can cash them in. Each credit is worth 50 cents to the seller so 500 credits = $250. To convert your credits to money simply go to the requests section on the control panel (see below) and request 'Release credits (sellers)':
As a coder, how much is each credit worth to me
Each credit you earn on NRZEE is worth 50 cents, so you get$1 dollar for every two credits. This ensures that as a coder you get a minimum of50% of each credit sold and a maximum of 85%, depending on which credit bundle the buyer selected.
Can anyone upload code or scripts?
Yes any registered user of nrzee can upload code or scripts to the site. Once uploaded our administrators will check and verify the source code and then publish it.
Not all outputs will be verified as the range of environments alone would take too long to setup. The syntax and architecture will be checked and the ratings will indicate how well the code performs. If a piece of code or script is found to be unreliable or not complete it's stated output then it will be taken down and the buyer will be refunded. The coder will not recieve funds for it.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?

To report unreliable or faulty code and recieve a refund, simply use the "request arbitration" link on the control panel. An administrator will contact the coder and test the code before a descision is made.
Can I get support for my code or scripts I downloaded?
Yes. Simply click on the link 'My nrzee' which will take you to your profile. At the very bottom of the page you will see a list of all the files you have downloaded. On each row is a support link. Click on the link to be taken to the nrzee support forum for the file you clicked on.
Any questions automatically get posted to the coder, who is the best person to support their own submission.
Can I request a new category?
Yes. Go to "request category" on the control panel and fill in the form. An nrzee administrator will contact you with a decision.
How can I edit my profile?
Simply go to 'My Profile (edit)' link at the top of the control panel and this will take you to a page that enables you to edit your profile. Remember that as a seller or coder your profile is a good place to advertise your business or talents that will encourage buyers to buy your code or services, especially if your code is highly rated.
How can I make a connection with another user for private chat?
Making a connection with another nrzee user can only be done on the nrzee support forum. Whilst using this areas you will see a small 'PM' symbol underneath the users avatar or image. This stands for 'private message' and if clicked will take you to your nrzee messages page where you will now be able to private message the other user and request a connection. Wheather they accept is up to them.
How can I make my code or script more attractive to buyers?
1. Adding clear and concise descriptions with plenty of detail and implementation instructions is a good a start. Choose good keywords in your text so that the search engines like Google and Yahoo will find your post
2. Remember the idea is to sell many copies not just one, so make the price low and therefore more attractive for multiple sales
3. Put loads of useful code up on the site focussing on coding trends e.g. If the IT world is excited about virtualisation then start putting code up that helps coders build around this technology

Private messaging can be initiated from the nrzee messaging area. Links to this area can be found at the bottom of the control panel. To compose a message click on the 'message compose' link. You can only send messages to users you know the name of or have a connection with.

At any point after download you can view a list of files you have purchased either at the bottom of the page on 'My nrzee' or on the 'Credit transactions' link. On each row of your purchased files list is a 'rate' link. Click on this link to go to the ratings area for that file. You will have to agree to the 'terms and conditions' once again for legal reasons and afer this you will see the rate file form.
How can I see my transactions?
You can view a list of files you have purchased either at the bottom of the page on 'My nrzee' or on the 'Credit transactions' link. These areas will show you the transaction information for your account.
The 'Credit transactions' link will display both purchased and sold transactions for sellers.
How can I sell my code or scripts?
You simply create a free account, login and start uploading your code and scripts with as much detail as possible using as many key words as possible that are relevant to your code or technology. This way Google and Yahoo will also find your post and guide people to your offerings.
How can I talk to a coder?
The only way to talk to coders is via nrzee private messaging in the nrzee messaging area. Links to this area can be found at the bottom of the control panel. How does nrzee stop users distributing my code or scripts?
Nrzee stricly prohibits users from distributing downloaded code or scripts and will terminate any users account that is commiting this breach of the nrzee terms and conditions. Any funds in the users account will be lost and there IP address will be prohibited from the site. In addition to these measures nrzee may take legal action based on compensation outlined in the nrzee terms and conditions.
If you suspect a user of distributing code or scripts obtained through the nrzee service, please let us know imediately via the 'Reqests' link on the control panel, where you can request an investigation.
How much should I charge for my code or script?
The idea behind nrzee is to encourage code sharing whilst making money for your efforts Therefore try to sell many copies, not just one, so make the price low and therefore more attractive for multiple sales
How often is a credit release done by the nrzee administrators?
Credit releases are completed once a month on the 1st working day.
Any credit release requests must reach us 5 working days ahead of this run in order to allow time for us to schedule the funds back into your paypal account.
Only funds that are present at the time of the request will be released.
What if the category I want is not there?
Go to "request new category" link on the control panel and fill in the form. An nrzee administrator will contact you with a decision.
Once the category has been created coders will be able to upload code and scripts to it immediately.
What if the code I paid for does not work?
If the code or script purchased does not work or does not do what it states then this must be reported immediately on the 'request arbitration' link, on the control panel. Once there, please fill in he form with as much detail as possible and an nrzee administrator will investigate the code or script and decide upon suitable action. This may come in the form of a refund and ban for the coder or guidance on how to use the script or code.
What if the coder does not help me or reply to my questions?
There is no contractual obligation to answer questions on posted code or scripts, however if a coder does not assist you or answer your questions then we suggest you rate the coders submission and inform other buyers of your experiences. This will encourage the coder to assist in the future.

Please go to the link 'files uploaded' on the control panel.
Who approves the code or scripts?
Only nrzee administrators can approve the code or scripts.
These will only be approved once individually reviewed by an in-house expert.
