The mobile set must support the following features Software Requirements: Micro Edition-Configuration: CLDC 1.1 Micro Edition-Profile MIDP 2.0 Hardware Requirements: Minimum Hardware Requirements are as follows: • Display: o Screen-size: 176x208 o Display depth: 16-bit o Pixel shape (aspect ratio): approximately 1:1 • Input: o One or more of the following user-input mechanisms: one-handed keyboard, two-handed keyboard, or touch screen • Memory: o 256 kilobytes of non-volatile memory for the MIDP implementation, beyond what's required for CLDC. o 8 kilobytes of non-volatile memory for application-created persistent data o 128 kilobytes of volatile memory for the Java runtime (e.g., the Java heap) • Sound: o The ability to play tones, either via dedicated hardware, or via software algorithm.
